Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can get your money back within 14 days of buying a pack, with no reason needed, as long as you haven’t downloaded a Pro CV from it.

When the guarantee ends

A Pro CV is digital content that is fully delivered the moment you download it. When you download your first Pro CV from a pack, we ask you to confirm twice that you want the download and that it ends your right to a refund. This ends the refund for the whole pack, including applications you haven’t used yet. Your 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer ends at that point too, because you asked for the content to be delivered within the withdrawal period and agreed that the right would end.

Before that download you can use and try everything: the suggestions, tailoring and the design options.

How to ask for a refund

• Write to info@postenderijk.nl from the email address on your receipt, or
• use the “Manage transaction” link in Paddle’s receipt email, or go to paddle.net.

Paddle refunds the money to the payment method you used, normally within 14 days of approving the refund. When a pack is refunded, its unused applications and the Pro features of its CVs end. Your CVs stay saved as free CVs.

No subscriptions

Packs are one-off payments. Nothing renews, so there’s nothing to cancel.
